This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for First Pass subscriptions and credit purchases. Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle.
Free trial
New subscriptions may include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid a charge. If you do not cancel, your subscription converts to a paid term at the end of the trial.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the service, or believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method through Paddle.
Credit top-ups
One-time credit top-ups are consumable digital goods. Because credits can be used immediately to generate results:
- An unused top-up may be refunded if you request it within14 days of purchase.
- Credits that have already been used to generate a result are consumed and are non-refundable.
- If a generation fails before producing a result, the credits for that run are automatically returned to your balance (no refund request needed).
How to request a refund
Email [email protected]with the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt details. You can also request help directly from Paddle using the receipt Paddle sent you, or via Paddle's buyer support. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
